Senior Designer, Product & Marketing
Working with users, clients, and cross-functional teams (exec, dev, product, sales, support) to lead all UX/UI for the entire suite of products and evolved branding & marketing.
I led design through a collaborative UX/UI design process with hands-on creation of discovery, ideation, documenting requirements, user flows, wireframes, and production-ready mockups.
Product goals
Redesign the entire existing platform, upgrade the design system, and lead design in new products and features:

Build a robust seed-to-sale compliance and inventory tracking SaaS platform for all operators throughout the cannabis supply chain:
· Web app modules (cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, retail)

· Retail Point of Sale (POS)
· Mobile scanner app
· Inventory management, purchase orders, sales orders
· Design system (Figma)
Marketing goals
As Alpine IQ expans beyond cannabis retail and goes industry agnostic, we needed to upgrade the branding and evolve it from the existing brand within a short time peroid and without doing a full brand redesign:
· Create versions of the new logo so it works throughout the suite of products, services and all industries
· Website and landing page redesign
